Refund policy

Returns

Please email us at hello@pupunleashed.com, if you would like to return any items so we can provide you with return instructions.

Return requests must be made within 10 days of the delivery date. If 10 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Do not send your items back to the manufacturer or the sender address on the package you received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalized items are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our return address in Florida, USA.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any item that is returned and not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  3-5 business days.

Return-to-Sender Due to Incorrect Address 

Please note that the customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided during checkout the order is not eligible for a refund. Orders marked as 'Returned to Sender' may be reshipped to the corrected address or you may receive store credit for the value of your order.  

If you made a mistake during checkout, please email us as soon as possible at hello@pupunleashed.com and we will do our best to correct the shipping address before the package ships.

Reshipments of orders that were shipped and delivered to incorrect shipping addresses will be subject to a 50% reshipping fee.

Order Cancelations 

If you want to cancel or change the details of your order, please contact us at, hello@pupunleashed.com, within 12 hours of placing your order before it has been processed. Orders canceled before they have been processed will receive a full refund. Once the order has been processed, unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pupunleashed.com. 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item 

If you received a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us at hello@pupunleashed within 10 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible. 

Refused Packages Upon Delivery 

Refusal of a shipment upon delivery will be considered as an unauthorized return and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to the sender and the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at hello@pupunleashed.com for return instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Pup Unleashed is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. As such, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
